My goal as a therapist is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others, and to restore you to your natural state of health and wholeness. With more than a decade of clinical experience, I bring a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach to my work. My clinical areas of interest include relationship/interpersonal problems, adult attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also specialize in working with women with ADHD, with a focus on emotional and relational issues.
I utilize an attachment-focused, trauma-informed lens and practice from a relational, experiential, and somatic approach. My primary theoretical orientations are Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Attachment-Focused EMDR. I am also trained in Gestalt Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and integrate mindfulness and Self-Compassion into my work.
